Hi! I’m Ela, the EA of our president and founder, Rod. I’m also one of Rod’s 6 daughters! It’s a huge privilege (and a lot of fun) to support Rod as he helps organizations around the world promote employee engagement and organizational excellence.
When I’m not making sure assessments and emails get sent, and meetings get booked, I get to do some really cool research and produce our podcast, Messy but Essential.
How did I get here? I started supporting Rod after I finished my Honours BA, and continued while completing my JD (common law) and LLL (civil law). Today, I get to apply all I’ve learned to support Rod and our fantastic clients! When I’m not at work, you can usually find my baking for Comfort & Joy Bakes.
