Since then, Uni-Signal has worked with organizations worldwide in a dozen different industries, coaching executives and their teams, changing how you conduct year-end reviews, and supporting hiring and retention. And I have loved every minute of it!
At its core, I believe in people. Yes, we’ve gotten great with virtual connections. However, the value of face-to-face interaction cannot be overstated. They facilitate complex discussions because communication flows more naturally and easily due to the added cues from body language and facial expressions. That’s why I bring people together through group coaching sessions.
